I never bother with any other brands of kratom than Whole Herbs. It's always high quality and a fair price. This is the first time I experienced any shipping difficulties and that was due to a portion of my order being out if stock. It did take a bit to sort out entirely but I can't say enough nice things about my customer service representative Misty. She really was a big help. I will definitely be buying Whole Herbs again.
