On Saturday we visited the store as our poodle is a very anxious traveler and Ashley advised the appropriate medication and a suspended dog box for the car. Well Astro loves it and we also bought him a new harness. Thanks to Ashley for exceptional customer advice and service.

I have been using the Purina Petlife Click and Go bed for my kelpies for years. I used to be able to find them in stock at my local pet store, but they’ve discontinued supply of the “replacement covers’. I ordered through weknowpets.com.au for the first time in 2021. I was 100% satisfied to say the least with the customer service. I dealt with the lovely Sophie. She made personal contact when one of my items was back ordered to clarify whether I’d prefer seperate deliveries, or wait and get my packages together. I was immensely grateful as I needed the cover immediately. Upon receiving my first package, I was delighted to find a personalised note and a few little goodies inside for my fur baby to enjoy. I was also really happy to discover they are an Australian business. Upon arrival of my second delivery, again, a personalised message and a few little packs of meal toppers. So yesterday when one of the beds tore from the dogs rough play, I immediately went back to my texts and found the details for the best customer service I’ve received for my dog needs. Thanks to Sophie and the team, I now have a new cover on the way to put in the cupboard for the next time one inevitably rips. 😂 2 high energy kelpies = many replacements needed. I now use weknowpets.com.au solely for my dog bedding needs and I recommend them to ANYONE who will listen.
