The customer service was excellent. They took plenty of time with us explaining the different wines and working with us to find other off tasting list wines that we would like. A truly professional group of employees that certainly care about their customers.

Most of the site works just fine. However, trying to adjust the cart to delete or change orders is nearly impossible and too tedious to even deal with. I end up calling a rep to set up orders or adjust my quarterly club shipment. PLEASE DO SOMETHING THE IMPROVE THIS!
