It took some patience and time to understand my interests. Edward proved up to the task! I explained ahead of my test ride appointment that I was looking for both fun and exercise when investing in my first scooter. Unusual as scooter buyers go. Tried three very different models. Impressed by them all but not convinced the format was right for me. Edward answered my many questions along the way, then suggested I try one of their e bikes instead, and bingo! Couldn't fault the quality of service, from first contact all the way through to purchase. And very happy with the deal.
