Good prices, fast shipping

I chose VapeCentric over other retailers because of their excellent reviews and reputation for fast shipping, even though their prices were higher. They definitely delivered quickly, but that’s where the positive experience ended. I received two bottles of Time Bomb Fuse that had noticeably different colors. After checking the manufacture dates, I found one bottle was over a year old (manufactured 4/21/25) and the other was manufactured 1/12/26. The older bottle was significantly darker, but even the newer bottle was noticeably darker than fresh Time Bomb Fuse. There was also an obvious color difference between the two bottles themselves, despite them being the exact same flavor and nicotine strength. For comparison, I had recently purchased this same juice from two other retailers, and both sent fresh bottles manufactured in April 2026 that were the proper light color. The difference was substantial. I contacted VapeCentric twice by email and also left a voicemail explaining the issue and requesting assistance. I never received a single response. Ironically, the first communication I’ve received from the company since placing my order is this automated email asking me to review my experience. Fast shipping is appreciated, but it doesn’t make up for selling old product and completely ignoring customers when there’s a legitimate problem. I cannot recommend a company that provides no customer support after the sale. Unfortunately, this experience has cost me as a customer. I won’t be ordering from VapeCentric again, and I hope other customers consider the level of post-sale support they may receive if they encounter a similar issue.

I normally don’t write reviews but, in this case I felt it was important enough. I have been dealing with Vapecentric for about 2 years now and every purchase is consistently great service with great pricing and dependability guaranteed. I feel the store truly cares as if I make a mention in my notes on my order they actually read it and acknowledge me which, seems simple enough but, you’ll be surprised on how other companies don’t care. I know my money and my order are always in good hands and you never have to think twice about buying from them or the fact if they will indeed complete your order correctly.

My first order was ok. I placed Order #242971 on July 10th and paid through Zelle the same day. My order STILL (as of today July 17th) says Awaiting Payment. I have called and sent 8 messages with NO reply. This is beyond frustrating. Please get back to me on this order.

Sent me the wrong items…. ordered Suorin coils and you sent Suorin pods… lol

Received 1 incorrectly pulled item, as well as a deliberate incorrect item with a note on the packing slip saying 'website error sorry'. Submitted 2 forms on the website to return my order for a refund with zero response. It's been a week now. Vapecentric quite literally took my money, did not deliver the products I ordered, and ghosted me. That's stealing. Will be taking further action.

I have only ordered one product but have done so 3 times and have received top notch service i will be placing more orders and I would suggest you give them your patronage. I'm sure you will be completely satisfied with the service you will receive as I have been!

I placed an order on June 5th and have made several attempts to contact you regarding the status of this order as it has not shipped. I have not heard back from any avenue of contact, email/phone/contact us submission on website.
