Ordered a brand new product - would apparently ship within 7 days, I hadn’t heard a thing so I emailed them, didn’t get a reply until a week after I emailed them, I was told my order was on backorder? Didn’t say this in the description, my order eventually arrived after nearly 4 weeks, it was the wrong Color and had marks on it, eventually got in touch with someone, he was rude on the phone and told me that the description said it was a display model, it didn’t say that anywhere. I paid full price for a USED product and wasn’t told. Please never order from here. There are plenty of more sites like this. Terrible communication. Eventually got my refund but was 5 weeks of wasted time. If I can save one person from ordering here, it was worth leaving a review.

My item took longer to reach me than I thought it should have and once it arrived it did not include all that it should have. I contacted v8pe and they were eager to resolve the issue. They ended up refunding me $20 that I could use to purchase the parts my Persei should have come with. And by refund I don't mean a store credit. The customer service is the sole reason for my 5-star rating.

I was unsure about what to purchase. After contacting V8PE, they held my hand and answered every question I had with detail that I was not expecting. They were quick, helpful, knowledged, and supportive. I can't say anything bad about their customer service.... And I love my Pinnacle Pro too.
