On line is better, low price and fast, but there aren't all parts. Via email the price is upper and delay more.

Shipping was timely but quality of product and communication with company is pretty poor.

So far I am very pleased with the friendly and helpful customer service. The sales department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I even had a technical question and a technician followed up with useful information. He even demonstrated something about the product by using his phone Video chat to guide me with what he was doing . So far I like the MicroRec adapter very much as it frees up my hands and allows me to view through the slit-lamp without having to remove and reattach a clunky adapter. Photos are of excellent quality.

We purchased the Ezer Retinal Camera (EFC-2600) and have been totally pleased with the user friendly software of capturing retinal images. The photos are so clear, crisp, and sharp that it was become our #1 teaching tool when explaining retinopathy to our patients. Since we are a mobile vision clinic, we also purchased the hand-held Ezer Fundus Camera (EFC-1800) for traveling. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! We have diagnosed so many cases of undiagnosed diabetic retinopathy that it has become a priceless investment in early detection of a sight-threatening disease. I highly recommend either device for baseline retinal imaging. The support team at US Ophthalmic, from sales to techs, is trustworthy and attentive to your needs, wants, and wishes. Again, I highly recommend this company for your optometry/ophthalmology equipment purchases.
