Communication to coordinate delivery was superb. Your customer service rep was very helpful and courteous. The ramp did take a tad longer to erect than advertised, but no big deal. IT WENT TOGETHER EASILY AND SECURELY.

The stairs received were as advertised. The setup was easier than expected. Expected delivery time was shown to be near 8 weeks but was actually only a couple of weeks.

The ramp gave my mom her independence back. It gave her access to a summer property that had stairs that became too difficult to use. The first time she used it, she cried. She was so confident and felt safe. It only took 2 people and about 5 leisurely hours to install. Very well constructed. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Love it , my brother and his two sons put it up for us in about three an half hours very well pleased with it. It’s just a good fitting where we planned on putting the ramp very well built. No complaints yet.

Easy manageable To install ramp system. Great customer service.

Solid sturdy product. Instructions for measuring to order were easy to understand. Arrived in a timely manner with shipping update notices as it was enroute. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. We were shorted a few assembly screws which customer service replaced next day.

It is easy to assemble and it is very handy for us. All the pieces were there, it looks good, only thing we have no shade and the sun will blind you! Have to wait to paint untill it gets cooler! They wen above and beyond to make sure it got delivered to us, a great big thanks to all.

I liked the prairie view industries modular xp ramp. It is sturdily built. It went together easily with the help of one other person. It arrived on time when expected. The person I dealt with to order it was knowledgable and very helpful. It was at a reasonable price. It looks a lot better than a wooden ramp in front of my mother's house.
