I'm a crazy wind chime lady and have had quite a few but these are the best. Have loved the sound of these chimes for a long time and finally decided I MUST have them! Purchased the 50". A deep resonant lingering tone and actually for the size and weight they chime without a great deal of wind. The service was excellent and received them in only three days.👍

I want to give a huge thank you to Urban Nature for their more than generous handling of a FUBAR precipitated by good ol’ Canada Post who returned my order from their postal pick up due to my incapability to pick it up in the time they thought was appropriate. Ok, I'm 78 & it’s winter & I don’t have wheels! Urban Nature was unbelievably accommodating,I know @ their loss, redirecting my order to a courier that delivered to my front doorstep! My avian friends & I are so grateful!

What a great store. The no shell sunflower seed is my go to. No mess in the yard and my Goldfinch, Chickadees,Nuthatch,BlueJays and Cardinals love it. Cheaper than the big box stores for the no shell.Definitely for the serious birder

This feeder is great .When we get the heavy winds it not a worry.

We have always fed the birds, and as a result always fed the squirrels too. This bird feeder is amazing. Really well made, easy to install and has really stumped our squirrels. Just a note, I feed the squirrels at a separate feeder. Love all the creatures. A truly exceptional bird feeding station.

Due to the postal strike, there was some confusion among staff what could be done to ship my binoculars. However, once decided, the staff were generous in trying to accommodate my speedy receipt of the order.
