Had my realplate for 5 years now and it’s still in great shape. And keeping me on the trainer. Still love the freedom and movement that is so much more than a static trainer. The real plate has outlasted my Wahoo, and my new wahoo is a different model, I sent a quick email and Turborocks. Could not believe it, they are just sending me the hardware needed. Cannot fault their after care service and the quality of the product. What a fantastic purchase.

I have used a real plate rocker plate from Turborocks and it is a game changer especially on long endurance rides. I however what I was not aware of when choosing turborocks (with the help of Dragon’s Den) was the exceptional customer service that Steven offers. I was thinking of replacing my KICKR core and Steven offered to send replacement straps free of charge ( I didn’t need them in the end as I replaced the bearings). I also mentioned that after nearly 3 years of regular use the plate was starting to make a knocking noise when I sprint in a race, he promptly sent new spacers and fastener’s again free of charge which fixed the issue. In summary a brilliant product matched by the customer service Steven offers.
