I purchased products in January and only 5 months later did the issues get resolved. Initial order got lost in the system and I had to follow up to receive them a couple of months later. Then when they arrived some products were out of date and it took another few months of me following up to get that issue rectified. Often my emails went unanswered and then I was asked multiple times to send the same information to prove the issue. It was truly an awful experience from a customer service perspective. I won’t be purchasing from Truff again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either. Such a shame because the products are actually good but the customer service really lets it down.

The website was easy to negotiate & all the information needed was available. Ordering of the goods was easy. The delivery was prompt & the goods were packaged well. The goods are now in my pantry!!

Super fast postage, and prices better online here than the local stockists. We love the Truff products, and it was great trying the new Buffalo sauce, which we highly recommend and now have on everything!

I have purchased a selection of products many times from the TRUFF Team for myself and as gifts as not only are there sauces and mayonnaises seriously awesome, but the service is exceptional. Happy, friendly, efficient, quick to deliver my order and often funny. And it's all easily and safely achieved on their very well-designed website. Do yourself a favour and try the spicy truffle mayonnaise or the white hot truff sauce, you will not be disappointed.

Arrived quickly, well packaged and really great tasting product. It is quite hot so not suitable for kids but perfect for those who like spicy sauces. Can definitely taste the truffle.

The extended family just love this sauce…the hotter the better. It is getting harder to find it locally but the online shopping experience through the Truff website was so easy and fast. I would highly recommend to other fans.
