The item itself it is not bad, but the legs have an issue sitting straight on the floor ( especially wood floors). They move making the bed become unstable sliding to the front. I have contacted the fabricant about the problem and very disrespectful the costumer service representative dismissed me saying to find myself a solution for the issue. Instead to send me stoppers for the legs he asked me to go to the store and look for any eventual antiderapant material or stoppers. I would like to mention that they are aware about the situation since he told me that I am not the only one raising this concern. I am very dissatisfied.
