I’ve been buying the product in farmers markets. Placed an $170 order online and 1) payment was immediately taken from my card. . 2) it’s been several days and the order didn’t ship. . and 3) emailed Kristi, or whoever that is on the contact information, and no response… and 4) can’t cancel the order because is less than 30 days!! Really not sure if the bigger scam is the company or Shopify. .

Haven't tried the other two yet. Really like the containers

Great quality product, and a seamless online ordering experience.

No issues with shipping

Wonderful and inexpensive

Shipping was fast and packaging was perfect.

I LOVE Traveling Teapot!!

Excellent tea and excellent customer service. UPS lost my order and Kristi immediately put in a replacement package. I have loved every flavor of tea that I've tried. I used to get tea from Adagio, but now I'm a Traveling Teapot gal!

The lavender earl grey tea tasted great as the tea with sugar cookies and apple pie cake--thanks
