I ordered this product which I love, but received a cracked plastic bottle. The box it arrived in was so soaking wet that the post office set it inside one of their plastic boxes for delivery. I sent multiple e-mails to the company with photos, but they never responded and simply told the credit card company it was delivered. I will find another vendor for this same type product.

I ordered product a month ago and did not receive the product, my account was charged. I have emailed the company a few times with no response.

Sprayer defective! Unable to use.

Purchased a year before China virus. Sprayer worked flawless till half bottle consumed just for eyeglasses. Then it clogged, I cleaned…repeat, repeat…till 1” of product then started leaking from under push cap. Ordered another set today. Oh yea on the site; it first came up with a black banner across the top that said “free shipping on orders over $50”. When I placed the order it was gone and I had to pay the $8.50 shipping. That being said, “product good, dispenser not so good”. I paid their shipping cost.

Bad bottle and spray by the time we got home 1/3 of the product was in the bag every time I go to spray the bottle more runs down the bottle and in my hand. The product works well I just bought it on Saturday 3/19 22
