Love the work that you do.

The cinnamon rolls are perfection. Soft, pillowy dough, great ratio of sugar to cinnamon, and delicious cream cheese frosting. The only con is that you have to plan ahead for removing from freezer/refrigerator and that might mean setting an early morning alarm depending on if you want them warm out of the oven in the morning, but that's a consideration even when making your own from scratch. They were just as delicious the second day rewarmed.

I order these cinnamon rolls every year, for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I even started ordering extras for my employees and they love them!

Easy pick up. Easy to bake.

I really love getting a kit monthly with a new recipe to try. My only wish would be for there to be a way to include everything needed to make each recipe. I have a feeling if kits were only shipped locally that would be easier but I know they are shipped outside of Washington. Either way, it’s fun!

This was great! I gifted two boxes to friends and it was so cool to see the finished product and how much they enjoyed it. It's great that the items have a long shelf life so busy friends can get to it when it makes sense for them and your gift contributes to The Pastry Project's mission!

A wonderful gift that my sister has already decided to extend!

I purchased this gift subscription for my son-in-law for his birthday. He’s very hard to buy for but he loves cooking and baking. He was so surprised by this gift. He really has enjoyed each shipment so far. He especially likes the online video demonstrations of each shipment. Everything has turned out perfectly and has been delicious. I would certainly purchase this subscription again.

unfortunately, this months kit did not work at all. It appears that the gelatin never bloomed and so I was unable to make marshmallows. I tried to make the candy jelly instead and it was way too sweet so I wasn't able to eat it.

I think ingredients should be written on the packages. I bought this for my grandaughter that’s learning to cook and would be helpful if ingredients were labeled. Otherwise it’s great!

Only thing I would suggest is a reminder email for pickup window time
