I bought a ‘Mummy and Me’ mug set in 2021, at the time the service was great and delivered quickly, but unfortunately we recently broke the small mug. I reached out for help reordering the same personalised mug from the set and couldn’t have received better service. I was met with an understanding and personal response, and couldn’t be happier with my replacement. I highly recommend buying from the little picture company - you’re buying from a company that cares about it’s customers, and delivers exceptional service.

First time using this company, will certainly be using again. Very professional and helpful, did what they said they would do. Product good quality, just what we ordered and arrived on time. Very impressed.

Excellent! Lovely personalised constellation decoration, accurate depiction of the constellation (which not all companies can achieve!) and prompt delivery, securely packaged - what more can you ask? Thank you.

Wonderful customer service by Salma. She even took time to edit my photo . Loved my coasters. They are super quality and came the day after I ordered them. Will definitely use 'The Little Picture Company' again.

I ordered 2 different photo bookmarks using 6 different photographs - despite being small photos, they are excellent quality. The most adorable gift for a book lover. Delivery was exceptionally quick. I paid for a faster delivery but it still came quicker than expected for my delivery upgrade. Would definitely order again.

Ordered a personalised water bottle for Christmas. Came very late but this was due to Royal Mail backlog. Had excellent communication from Anita with the offer of replacement or refund if the gift failed to arrive. Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent Customer Service by Anita who resolved an issue quickly so would recommend this company and I will order from them again. Lovely products.

I had a wonderful experience shopping with The Little Picture Company. I wanted to tweak a design for a birthday gift and Anita responded to my email so quickly and was so helpful. The item arrived quickly and my sister absolutely loves her gift! Will be back for my other sister's birthday in a few months :)
