Most people should start small with these. They are very potent. Flavor is fine. Not really the point but they're not offensive. My one gripe is that sometimes they stick together. This company, however, has remarkable service. I strongly suggest you reach out with any questions because they're knowledgeable and friendly. There are very few online companies that have earned my consistent loyalty.
