Very effective castor oil pack. I followed their instructions, using 2 tbsp of castor oil (for the larger pack), and it did NOT leak at all. It is SO much better than trying to make a messy, homemade one like all the diy's on youtube. To get the right fit, the straps are stretchy with various length options to tighten it (uses button/holes). It is absolutely worth the investment. They even give you a small 4oz bottle of organic castor oil, so you can get started that day. :-) Thank you!

Shipping was excellent very quick but was disappointed the bottle is not what is advertised so I’m not sure about the product
