Brought my Di Zhao flute in for a repair and a tune up. It came back sounding great and looking like new. It only took a few days and Bill was very flexible with drop off and pickup.

I really enjoy playing my Di Zhao 700 as well as my handmade Di Zhao with a gold crown. They are easy to play, in tune, and have such a beautiful sound. My handmade DiZhao has the sweetest upper register I have ever heard as well as a resonant rich bottom register. The came to me in top order from the Flute Loft.

I got my flute from here a few weeks ago. It was the 700 model with the D-roller key and the C# trill key. The first time my mom and I tried out flutes was at his store. It did take a long time, trying all those flutes, trying to get the perfect one. He wasn't really like other business people, anxious to get the money. He really did care about getting the right flute for me. He also gave good advice about the sound qualities and combinations of the flutes he had. At first, I do admit that I was nervous to play my flute in front of him. I was afraid on messing up. Soon, I felt at home and on top of everything, Bill also gave some great tips on my playing as well. The first time I got my flute, I had to soon return it because my actual flute teacher didn't really like that particular combination. He was nice enough to come down to my flute teacher's house to exchange for the one I have now. It plays really beautifully and sounds so professional. It has such a clear and full tone. It packs a full punch in each time you play it. I have to say, it was really, really excellent service, better than my expectations.
