Really great customer service - I heard from them as soon as I emailed, even outside business hours, and they were extremely courteous. My package was late, and they contacted me to let me know why it was delayed and when I could expect it. Everything arrived intact, and in the window of time they gave me (after the delay). Overall, a pleasant experience interacting with them.

I have purchased items for myself and family / friends, including jewelry, wallets, a man bag, sun glasses and computer cases. Their brand new site is especially easy to navigate and makes shopping in the various categories quick and efficient. Customer service questions are answered promptly by an obviously expert team and new items are always being added to the site.

I've ordered a few different things from The Spotted Door and really love the unique recycled nature of the products. Definitely a place to find cool, sustainable products.
