Customer service was fantastic. Somehow I lost the coupon code from my order when I placed it, but they applied the coupon retroactively! And the package arrived sooner than expected. (The box was badly ripped, but I blame that on the shipper, and fortunately only the packaging was damaged.)

I recently purchased the 147cm Irokebijin doll and it is very beautiful. However I underestimated how heavy it is. In addition one of her finger broke somehow. I ordered a 90cm Irokebijin doll since I was not satisfied with the heavy weight. Is there anyway I can fix and prevent the fingers from breaking in the future?

Mislabeled the product info as weighing 0.02 pounds so it was held up when shipping and it was with fedex too the worst carrier so instead of getting a instock doll In less than a week it's more like 2 weeks save your money and more importantly time and shop elsewhere they'd rather save 5 bucks if it means you get screwed

The doll looks nothing like the pictures on their website.the thickness of the legs,thighs,arms and size of the head are way smaller than in the pictures.it looks like they used pictures of a much larger adult doll but ship a smaller version of the doll .the doll does not look like the pictures on their website at all.the pictures on the website are for a much bigger doll but the one I received is really small.the website pictures are kind of misleading.puchaced a in stock jarliet 90 cm kala blonde in yellow bikini.this doll is really tiny and looks nothing like the pictures on their website.i was warm.about this website from.members of the doll forums but wanted to give them a chance to see what their products were like.will write an update review if company responded too my issue.if not, I will go back to the doll forums vendors were I have purchased dolls before.i will have to just loosed the money I spend on this doll and go back to the doll forums vendors

Had no major problems during either checkout/payment or delivery. My selected doll arrived in perfect condition and matched the description and image shown in the gallery. I was a first time buyer, so a warning to others as it caught me off guard: These things are heavy. Stats say its 30kg (66 lbs) which doesn't sound like much. But with that weight spread across a human shape instead of concentrated in a small balanced dumbell/weight, is surprisingly difficult to lift and "play" with. As such, I'm using it more as a hug doll to fondle/snuggle with in bed and keep my lonely self company as I sleep, than as a sex partner. Though I use it as that too, and it works fine for that purpose.
