I was abit annoyed that my posture pal took so long after complaining and found that the courier hadn't picked it up. I spent a lot of time following the tracking and it was only after asking my courier he was able to tell me it hadn't yet left the premises. It did arrive fast after that but it's not ideal getting a tracking number and then it doesn't go anywhere!!
