Beautiful present but some roses were damages when it is arrive from the courier...

I placed my order 3 weeks in advance to ensure the delivery date would not be an issue. When i received the tracking it confirmed this would not deliver in time. I have emailed this company, i have called more then 6 times not and when waiting on hold long enough they eventually disconnect the call stating they cannot take the call. Their website is very misleading as they make it clear they do not care about their customers and are purely profit based. Thank you so much and congratulations for taking my money. I will let my company and my friends know this is not a reliable business.

Flowers smaller and unlike the pictures. Very disappointing to open the box to find them. DHL unable to find my address even though filled out correctly on the Million Roses website but that wasn’t transferred to DHL.
