Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent when I called them. Before I spoke with the customer service person I was using the online custom design area and could not find the image of my painting uploaded into the frame so this is when I called customer service. Once I worked with the customer service person, I realized I had to put my uploaded painting with my choice of frame into the “cart” before I could actually see the image. It was not clear to me after uploading my image, and picking out my frame, I needed to put it in the cart before I could view it. The customer service person suggested me buying some frame samples. She also suggested a few frame samples that would go with my painting. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Customer service is fantastic! I order frequently from American Frame. Most of the time I can completely do the order using the online tools in the excellent configurator provided on their website, but there is the occasional need to contact customer service for a special request. When I do, the orders have been handled exceptionally to my satisfaction. American Frame is the only framer I have used for years. I heartily recommend them to customers, colleagues and friends!

I’ve been using American Frame to buy frames since the late 1970’s. The inventory is good & well priced. its easy to order on the website. I’ve NEVER had a problem with damaged or incorrect orders!

This is exactly why I still get my frames through American Frames. I was struggling to get my mat window size so it doesn't cover things like the signature or number on the art. I picked up the phone and called them, they walked me through how to enter the art so window size is the exact size I needed. Their customer service is amazing, I waited on hold for about 30 seconds before speaking to an actual human being. It's why I love them!
