The part wasn’t correct for my unit. My charger needed to have a flat input not a round one. Luckily I found one that worked.

The fact that documents are available for download is outstanding. Placing the order was not a problem. Figuring out when I would get access to the downloads was the unknown. All in all it worked out with the documents being sent via email.

Quick and easy to buy. I have tried multiple TENS units and this us the best. This is a backup TENS as I already gave a Smart TENS and don't want to be without, just in case.
