When I saw how blue the tea water was and gave it a whiff, I was a little hesitant I’ll admit. But- this stuff tastes so good. I was definitely feeling relaxed. My first Fall evening tea sesh of 2024. I haven’t drank it enough to realize the benefits yet, but I am also waiting for it to get colder where I live. Even so, just making this ‘lil treat for myself had health benefits I’m sure. I love the information Tea Lady BK provides online/on social and will definitely be buying more from this store! Last thing- they provided regular updates on my order via email and shipping was fast. Eazy breezy.
