The shirts looked better on their website and the company substituted a shirt in my order without my permission. I immediately returned my order in August, but after months of emails and phone calls (unreturned) I have not received my credit. Worst customer service ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Buyer beware — while the product itself was beautiful, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. If you need to return an item, be prepared for a long and frustrating wait. I only received my refund because I filed a case through PayPal; otherwise, I doubt I would have ever heard back from the company. Their response time was unacceptable, and even after escalating the issue, they continued to delay. I expected better and would caution others before making a purchase.

They take forever to respond to any message. Very bad customer service.

Ordered & paid for White banded men’s shirt for my husband’s wedding event. Paid extra for expedited delivery since purpose was to attend a Saturday wedding. Sadly wrong shirt, metallic fabric was sent. Returned item, my printer was out so had to pay $3. 59 @ UPS to print Return Label. Refund took 10 Days a the $8. 50 delivery fee I paid wasn’t refunded. Not a fair company. Not a professional company. They did not live up to their responsibility of having sent a shirt I did not order. Never got a n apology. Bad experience. Cost me $12 additional which they will not refund. I do no recommend buying from their website.
