Cannot express enough how happy I am with the customer service I received.

Product arrived on time, but the outer box had a hole in it, and the box that accompanies the bourbon is wrinkle and damaged. I sent customer service an email (as that is the only option available on the website,) and have not received a reply. The bottle was secured in bubble wrap, which was good, but I paid additional for a box.
