I wish it didn't take so long to get the finished product. When ordering the glove , it says to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. It was closer to 6-8 weeks. I ordered another glove on 7/6/22 and it has not arrived yet.That puts my second order at about 10-12 weeks. The first glove was super when it arrived.

This has been the most poor customer service experience imaginable and we intend to make that known in as many forums as possible. It has taken several more weeks to arrive than advertised (completely missed the baseball tournament for which it was intended). We received no response at all to multiple emails to customer support. Finally received a message that said we could not cancel our order and get a refund.
