Very nice

The products were basically as expected. I did want to mention that the envelope in which the books arrived was torn along one side and there was no return address on it. It might be better to use a padded envelope since the contents could easily have been damaged.

Easy shopping experience. I was handed a paper ticket in a handwritten envelope in the lobby - a lovely personal touch. Beautiful concert.
