If I could give a ZERO I would. Ordered 2 peach pies online to arrive in Michigan 06/12, so I could bring to Toronto Canada 06/17 as a birthday request. They arrived with in damaged packaging 06/12, Dry ice had all dried up!!. the DesiPak had burst all over with thousands of minute pieces all over the inside , on the pies, and the inner plastic bag also had a hole in it. ALL these claims verified with photos sent to Bree Christman. I called June 12th, left 2 messages, no reply. I emailed company, and then I received an email back 06/16/26 apologizing on condition, and at that time requested photos, and what could they do. I sent 15 photos. I also called 06/12/26 so I could get replacements on time for trip. I offered to send the pies back in original packaging, if they sent me a label, because I did not want to keep anything I did not pay for. Was advised to "throw them out" , after I asked if I could donate to a shelter. I also advised that I would be disputing with credit card company, to which I was informed I would have been given a refund, BUT since I was disputing charge. . . . . I am beyond upset of all the untruths they told the credit card company, and now I am taking it online, and I have photos that I will be posting on any/every website I can find. I waited to post this because I thought I would have a positive outcome with this company instead of the totally negative one from the FIRST call . . . . . PLEASE RECONSIDER if your thinking of ordering from this company, especially if your requesting them to be shipped.

Every pie we have gotten has been heavenly delicious with the exception of the Marry Me pie. What a disappointing Valentine's dinner! We threw it out. So salty and too spicy! Inedible. Glad I'm already married! We will stick with go-to pies from now on. They have all great and we given several as gifts.

I placed an order on Nov 26 for a pie to be delivered on Dec 23. I was sent an email that went to my junk mail stating there was a problem and it would not be delivered on the 23 rd but on the 20th. Not acceptable! This was a CHRISTMAS pie. I would never order from this company again. Poor customer service
