I purchased my favorite Beet Juice and Ginger Pineapple on December 29th of 2025 but it took FOUR MONTHS to receive my order. After two phone calls to customer service, I finally received my order on April 10th of 2026. The first time I called, the person I spoke with explained that the company was moving to a new facility due to growth and expansion. Although it was three months after my order, he said I would get my order within a couple weeks. The second time I called customer service, I asked for my money back due to the four-month delay. The second person I spoke with apologized. She asked me if she could ship my order out, would I rather have my money back or the product? Because this product is SO GOOD of course I said keep my money and send me the juice BUT if you can't send my order then please just issue me a refund instead of leaving me hanging. I'm happy to report that I finally received my order and I will be ordering again. I just hope that Sofresco is in a better position to get their orders out on time. Thank you for making a great product worth waiting for. I just hope I never have to wait that long again! = )

Turmeric , black pepper& cayenne shots last order great this order was warm wasn’t sure if they were safe to drink. Sent multiple messages to customer service was ignored. So I threw order away just to be safe.
