Terrible

Applied for a personal loan and was kept waiting in limbo for a few days due to the approval dept claiming to not have sufficient information about my income. Mind you, this was after both my company and I verified the information that was requested. I would not use this service again...very disappointed in the communication, or the lack thereof!!!!

Don’t apply for loan here lending club is better . I took loan 4 Time with them . All paid my credit is 789 and they just denied because of had multiple inquiries because of rate shoping to get best rate deal so they go out upset decline me . All they want to rip people

These guys will not give credit to me I turn around go to Avant get 5k credit on the spot. Don’t know why I don’t care don’t try Sofi products unless you have 700 plus credit

Their system is a piece of junk

You wouldn't finance me! Over the years I never defaulted on any of my past loans. So I can't give you a five this time because you weren't there when I needed you!

You are who you work with. Surely, you become your environment. No surprise, I’ve been bamboozled a very similar way by SoFi actually too. In fact, I was promised to be given assistance and be given a call back the next day, only to login and see I was immediately denied after our telephone conversation. After that, I’ve made multiple accounts, trying to get a loan, or make a bank account with SoFi, but the systems already just flags me automatically. I am unable to move forward, or get ANYTHING done.

This by far has been the easiest application process I have ever gone through for a loan. Sofi has been there for my family and I to clean up our bills and to do some remodeling in our home.
