I have a bunch of leather gear and have tried different products over the years. They all seem to work to some extent, but this stuff seems to be the best. It’s different than the leather “conditioners”, which tend to be whitish like a lotion, and soak in completely. This stuff is greasy. I put it on and leave it overnight, then buff off whatever grease is left. It’s more work but produces better results. Even though it doesn’t seem to soak in as much or as fast, it seems to soften better, and leaves a better sheen. One tip: If you have leather that has gotten really stiff, give it time. After treatment it may continue to soften for a period of days or weeks.

I used Nik wax on my white Hestra gloves and hated the clumpy residual left on my gloves! I was so happy to switch to Snoeshoe wax because it’s so smooth and gets absorbed by the glove leather very quickly. It also keeps my gloves water resistant when I snowboard at resorts! I love it so much so I apply it after two or three uses of my gloves, even though the wax lasts for the whole season. Highly recommend this wax for any leather snow gloves!

I bought my first tub of Snowshoe dressing in 1977. I am still using it but I only have a little bit left so, I ordered another one. It has done a great job over the year. It has done a terrific.
