Products didn't work.

I am loving the vitamin C serum, my dark spots are are fading and I feel my skin is looking healthier, very easy to order and receive my order.

I love the product but had to give a much lower rating because of your terrible customer service. I first ordered took over six weeks to be shipped. I kept emailing without a valid response. I tried the phone number and only received the voicemail with no call back. I hope you get the customer service problems resolved. I get suggestions for product that when I looked are frequently out of stock.

I ordered the product and then quickly received an email saying the product was going to arrive late. However no timeline was provided. A month after ordering I requested a refund multiple times through the chat and via email. There was no phone number provided. I also contacted the better business bureau and they never received a response from the company. My items did eventually ship, however will never buy any products from this company and do not recommend at all.

Customer service is worse than poor. Here is the history. My products were ordered on May 31. I called SLMD on 6/11/26 and told them I had not received the products. I told SLMD I had also not received a tracking number and that the website continued to show my order as unfulfilled. SLMD apologized and said there was a technical problem on their end and offered me a 15% "courtesy" discount ($18. 00). I asked representative if he was going to give me the courtesy discount on this order or another order. He said, no "it would be on your "next" order. " I told the merchant I hadn't even received this order; would he please give me the 15% discount on this order. He put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back on the phone and told me he applied the courtesy discount as a refund to this order. That refund was shown in my PayPal account as $18. 00 and was refunded on 6/11/26. The merchant promised that the products would arrive, Tuesday , 6/16/26. I asked him if he could expedite the shipping because I needed the products. He said "unfortunately no because the products were coming from their Los Angeles warehouse. " (I live approximately 90 minutes from there. ). The representative promised the products would be at my home on June 16, 2026. By June 17, the order did not arrive as promised and I live approximately 100 miles from the warehouse. The website still showed "no tracking number created" and the order status was still listed as "unfulfilled. " On June 17,2026, though I live less than 100 miles from Los Angeles; the products had not arrived as promised. I disputed the case with PayPal who followed up, and ruled in my favor, refunding my money on June 28. On July 3, over a month later, I received the products; and the status on the website had changed to "fulfilled. " Since the products did not arrive for over a month ; I bought other products to replace them and no longer wanted or needed the SLMD products. I also did not want to keep products I did no...

it took 3 weeks to get my order

I received my order confirmation June 13,2026. I have yet to receive my order. I've sincerely reached out to check on the status of my order and no one has replied back. The service has been bad, and I still don't have my order.
