I was not able to connect the rotator D16 II to my NN3 ninja. The support team sends me for free a connection kit for free. I take my first panoramic photos from liberty island in NY the 26 april 2015. Everything was working perfectly. May thanks

Terrible service from start to finish. Product arrived with parts missing for assembling. Took a couple of days trying to get through (by phone, live chat, email) before I could even speak to someone about it. I'm now over a week behind on the Google buisness view program (screws still haven't arrived) so I will never shop here again, again will advise other photographers not to either.
