Generally the products at Skin Inc is superb! I especially love the deepsea hydrating mask. It is so moisturising to the skin!!! The only con side will be the steep pricing of the products.

I’ve tried many of Skin Inc’s products and my faves are the serums and brightening mask. They save my redness-prone sensitive skin and strengthen my skin barrier as well. My skin has improved a lot over the last 6 months or so since I started using the serums.

I love skin Inc and its products. The new website is awesome and so much faster. But... I have a huge peev. The bottles that we recycle is in the physical shops. The discount from recycling bottles is only valid for redemption from the physical stores which doesn't make sense if you purchase online. Cant the credits be made available for your eshoppers? That will be awesome.

Had multiple pucharses in store. Made an online order recently and indicated at the remarks box on whether it’s possible to collect at the store instead of having it mailed. Customer service did not response so I emailed to address my request, but it still got delivered to my house :( The customer service responded thereafter but did not realised my remarks and requests to collect in store, but just mentioned that item is on the way to my home. Haha. Hope there’s this option in the future. Anyway, products are great though price is at a higher side and thanks for all the hard work!

First time trying Skin Inc products and I am loving it. I like how it feels and makes my skin glow a little even though I have only used it for one day. Will definitely be sticking with this product!

I love skin inc products especially the pure revival peel and deepsea hydrating mask. However the website is very difficult to use on mobile phones (mine being an iPhone SE) and can very difficult to search for products. Also the check out button is so small that I almost thought it didn’t work. I think a lot of effort has gone into developing really good products but customer shopping experience can be improved further.

I love nearly every product I've tried from skininc so far. Customer service seems to take forever getting back to first time cs emails. Sometimes. That may need work but I really love the products.

Everything is great, from your products to your handling of outgoing delivery. But if only the handling of issue can be a little bit quicker, that will be perfect. I do appreciate the generosity and response of your operations manager who compensated me some additional rewards points for the delay caused. Thank you Skin INC.

So I have been using the tri-light optimizer for a week now. Just once every night. While it does good to the rest of my face, it did aggravate the areas where I have acne problems ie my chin. I use this tri-light along with my customized serum plus the deep-sea hydrating mask. After a week of usage, I do notice the pores on my cheeks getting noticeably smaller and tighter, skin also becomes a little brighter and more radiant. At the same time however, I've had new big acne popping out at my chin and near my nostrills. I use different combinations of lights every night and I believe the combo (orange and purple) lights might be "too strong" for my skin to handle, hence the outbreak. Last night I decided to change to using just 5min of the blue light plus 5min of the yellow light and today, my acne seem to be smaller and less painful! So I think you will have to trial an error to find the most suitable lights for your skin, only then will this tri-light work wonders! I do love their serum and hydrating mask, they make my skin feels really soft and supple. Only downside is that they are really expensive for long term use lol
