We have lately started ordering the 2-pack instead of the 1-pack so we don't run out, because both of my daughters swear by this. Use it at the first hint of a pimple, and skin is clear by the next day. It's not "instant", but it really works.

I originally ordered in May, but received a defective device (only worked once). Customer Service was GREAT and sent me a replacement within a couple days, and I've been SUPER HAPPY with the product. It really does what it says!
