They don't answer e mails. No response in 7 days. Got screen protector for Android S8 instead of S 8 Plus. under warranty. Poor customer service.

It seems as though these recent reviews are fake. Simple Snap apparently is no longer in business.

I am unable to register ANY product or file any claim on their website. Have been trying to reach them for over a week now.

I bought my Simple Snap for my Samsung S20 +5g phone through Amazon, as it is not available where I live. First let me congratulate you on the easiest install I've ever seen. However, though my protector went on perfectly and is centered properly, my phone will not recognize my face or fingerprints. Even when I sign in with my PIN, I can't get the phone to recognize either one. I'm stumped. Thoughts?

The "lifetime" warranty for the screen protector is a lie. There is no way to send a claim.

I ordered this product on over a month ago and it has still not shipped. I understand that product supply is backed up however there has been absolutely no communication regarding my product. I reached out three weeks after the order date and was told a different protector of the same value would be shipped with a 50% refund. Still absolutely nothing and its been another two weeks.

Not the best can’t get a hold of the company. Battery plus won’t replace

This is a joke. The replacement will cost you $10.99 for the replacement to be sent. Won’t be long before you’ve invested a lot of money for screen savers!!!

I purchased this protector on 6/12/2021-- I have been trying up to 3 times each day, and it will not allow me to submit my warranty information. I posted a review yesterday and now it has been taken down----- however NO ONE has contacted me to offer assistance. Again, this protector and US Cellular are proving to not be worth the hassle. If someone would like to help me with this issue, I would be happy.

Your screen protector has saved my phone on more than one occasion... I have a tendency to drop my phone a lot. Now that isn’t as big of a deal 🙂 thank you for a wonderful product!
