I have purchased Sim cards from SimCorner during my many trips to Europe for the past 4 years and I have always been pleased with their quick response to any questions I might have. This time I purchased an eSim and there were problems with it. Although it was properly mounted, it just wasn't working. After a few back and forth contacts with the SimCorner Support Team who were trying to solve the problem, no solution could be found. SimCorner's solution was to send me a brand new eSim and that one worked brilliantly. SimCorner is one of the most reasonably priced products, but where they really shine is in their customer support and rapid response. I will always use SimCorner because I never have to worry about staying connected when I am travelling.
