I use this service and get sim cards a couple of times a year when we travel to the USA. Excellent service and no issues connecting, it's all so easy. I have dealt with the staff a couple of times prior to travel and their customer service skills are fantastic and they are very quick to resolve any issues. I didn't have any serious issues as such, I was just having trouble registering one of the sim cards I had bought. They solved the problem immediatly for me.
