Purchased two eSIMs for our December 2025-January 2026 trip to the USA back in October. Once again, great support from the team back in Australia, while I was transiting through Singapore and activating them ahead of arrival in New York - I thought I had provided the respective phone details at time of purchase. Anyway, on arrival in New York, and connecting with wifi, they activated. Have already purchased eSIMs for our next trip to the UK and USA in mid-2026 from this company.
This was my first time using an e-sim for any company, so I was not familiar with "routine" procedures to get the e-sim installed and ready for activation on my iPhone. I had troubles installing it, and defaulted to communicating by email with your support team for assistance. The agent was polite and extremely knowledgeable - we had about a 30 minute exchange during which he walked me through multiple steps to attempt try to fix the problem, which we eventually agreed was associated with my iPhone. A simple restart solved the problem. Thanks to your technical agent for his patience and remote troubleshooting abilities. All good now. I'll reccommend your e-sim products based upon the technical support - assuming that it actually works as advertised when I arrive in the UK! Top of the season to you and your team!!
