I ordered a new watch strap which wasn't delivered due to an error by the courier. Tara in the Shore Projects team was a great help, resending the strap (twice due to another error by the courier!) along with a complimentary strap as well! Great customer service by Tara and the team and I'll definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I had a strap bought for me at Christmas, and when i opened it, it either wasn't quite the colour i was after. It was to replace a strap i had lost half of, so really wanted the same colour (loved that strap). I spoke to Tara on the CS team late January and she was so quick to respond and sorted a replacement of my choosing within minutes. She was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and made it a fantastic experience. I could've easily shelved the unwanted strap and not worn the watch again, but she sorted me out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great watches and even greater customer service.
