Mediocre to non-existent customer service. No information about a tracking number on the order, and no mention of the shipper. When my order did not show up when I was told it would, I sent an email, enquiring how to find out the status of my order, and, four days later, nobody has yet answered it. My order still isn't here, though today I finally got the information about the tracking number and the shipper. Hopefully it will show up less than two weeks after it was originally supposed to.

Shoppers-Plaza has a very nice array of products that customers can buy. The ordering process is easy, and shipping is very fast. I am a very satisfied customer!
