When I ordered a product, and it wasn't exactly like I thought it would be, I noted this in a review. The product was excellent, and the service was amazing as well. It simply was a different color stitching; not at all a big issue honestly. But to the owner, it was enough of an issue with the satisfaction of his customer that he personally called me, apologized, and refunded my full cost. Even when I said it was unnecessary, he refused to not have me completely satisfied. I have been a business leader at all levels for many years and this is the standard I have held my staff members to, and now it is demonstrated here. I am honored to know the standard lives on and look forward to future purchases.
