Shipping was quick , item was damaged

Very fast shipping, lovely looking device. Love the colour of the blue microphone.

They wont let you cancel your subscription. If you follow their instruction, the stop membership button simply does not exist.

This device does not connect to my TV, or work despite trying multiple times following their precise instructions. I send a message a while ago for refund and have yet to receive any update!! Do not recommend.
