Was unable to download my concert via the USB despite following the basic instructions and troubleshooting recs. Received via email after communicating with customer support. Thanks for making this right, but obviously this should have worked better.

This book is fantastic! Haven't learnt too many songs from it yet as I am still working on the Peace, Love Ukulele songs! Worth every penny! Service is also equally high standard.

I didn't know the Ukulele could do the things that Jake make's it do. What a treat this DVD is, and we've watched it over and over again. Inspired me to take up the ukulele myself.

Getting to download the actual concert you attended is a great thing and makes so much sense. The uke USB itself is a nice thing to have in and of itself. The concert was captured exactly as I remember it, and the sound quality is excellent. Worth the cost (basically twice that of a CD) as it records a memory as well as a great concert.

I really like the feel of the video. It is 'ringside seats' at a Jake concert. Most of the time when I go to a Jake concert, I am many rows back. This DVD displays the prowess of Jakes unique playing style up close and personal. One also get to know Jake a bit better and his humility really shines through as well. Great DVD!
