Delivery was quick although I didn't opt for expedited delivery. Product was well-packed and protected. My only gripe is that the cover has a terrible smell, like salted fish or some pungent chemical. I probably have to buy a new cover to replace it.

Followed through their instructions to sign up for Amazon account and got locked out of my Amazon account instead with USD$75 worth of credits inside. Called Amazon 3 times and I'm still locked out for more than 2 weeks. Who should pay for my calls to the US?

Simple and easy just like a book

Failed to deliver to address as specified in my order. Was really expecting it on the day they promised delivery. As I wanted to rectify the delivery situation on the same day, called at 1.30pm, no answer. Received a message that will call me back. Had to wait for more than an hour, still no call from them. I had to call again sometime closer to 3pm before finally getting hold of someone. And their reply on the situation? 'sorry but there is nothing we can do'... I can accept a simple processing error, but the almost 1.5 hour wait to get in touch with someone and the lack of effort to rectify the issue is nonsense.

Overall experience is good, prompt delivery. The only issue is no instruction of how we can redeem the free 200 books. .
