The Omnia thermometer is very valuable for knowing how hot your Omnia oven is (or isn’t). Plus it’s very handsome! There’s a small set-screw on the thermometer stem that holds it in place on the lid. Sea Dog Boating Solutions was very prompt in processing and sending my order. Thanks!
