There’s been no resolution on my restock fee for an unopened box never to be used other than offering me a 20% discount for future order. There will be no future order very disappointed in your business practice.

The only reason to give one star is because I can’t give zero stars. I’m still waiting on my money to be credited back to my bank account that was taken out of my bank account three times in a row. I didn’t order items and I would like my money back. It’s very unprofessional to not only take money that was not supposed to be yours, but also to say that you’re not going to give it back because of a policy that is irrelevant to the situation. That’s called stealing.

bad service zero star

The scents smells awesome you wont be disappointed but you will with the Mini2 I dont recommend it sucks it doesn't keep a charge you have to leave it on the charger for it to work and it'll will constantly turn off by itself so you always have to turn it back on, the charge does not last long. The smell only stays in the air for a good 1-2mins. The mini2 overall is not a good product wish I bought a different one off Amazon probably would work better. But im disappointed about the Mini2 but the scents smells great just doesn't last long in the air

Enjoying grabbing new scents. I get compliments all the time. Only thing is the tower that blows the scent …. . fab is so loud, I think it’s broken.

I tried to cancel the order that’s as set up as auto ship because I am not happy with the scents. It wouldn’t let me cancel, it said I could request a refund. I requested a refund before the product even arrived. It was declined becuase it was final sale. That could have been explained earlier. Completely unhappy with the product, the scents, and the entire experience
