Overall good but shipping cost is high or even free shipping is standard thing now a days.

Ordered my glasses on Aug 3rd. Haven't received them yet. Sent an email out last week but got BS scripted answer. Probably my last purchase.

Been using these great readers for years. There’s been an intermittent issue with lens defects. Imperfections, specs, in the lenses that are visible when viewing through them despite attempts to clean them. Customer service has been great with replacements, but the new one arrived with the same issue. I even put on my prescription glasses to be sure it wasn’t me, and they were clear, albeit much more expensive lenses. Minus that important caveat, I’d give them 5 stars.
