Good but They’re an acquired taste. I drink energy drinks and understand these are not that. I also drink electrolyte drinks and these are that. The electrolyte flavor is strong. Stronger than I expected. Maybe a once in a while for me.

loaded with electrolytes, truly hit the spot after an hour jump rope session that left a puddle of sweat on the sidewalk. the flavor is decent, must be. consumed cold, but you can definitely tell that it’s full of electrolytes because of the taste. will buy again 💯
